A sanctuary for plants and plant lovers alike, the Greenhouse at ACE in Festival Plaza is launching a Plant Holiday Home this summer. Visitors jetting away this season needn’t worry about coming home to neglected plants with ACE’s fantastic new service.
Plant Holiday Home will be open from June 25 to August 31 and welcomes both indoor and outdoor plants. Roomed in a temperature-controlled greenhouse and monitored by ACE’s expert in-house horticulturist, ACE’s Plant Holiday Home has the ideal environment to keep your plants happy.
Plant Holiday Home offers add-on treatments as well including pruning, fertilizer, top dressing (soil and fertilizer change), and a soil change spa treatment.
Booking a slot at ACE’s Plant Holiday Home
Customers can book by emailing ACE.PlantHotel@AlFuttaim.com. They are requested to include their contact information, check-in and check-out dates, images, and descriptions of their plants.
A team member from Plant Holiday Home will get back to them with confirmation and weekly booking rates. Once confirmed, customers will pay for their plant’s stay in full at check-in. Standard Service at Plant Holiday Home includes watering and general upkeep, starting from AED 15 per week, with optional add-ons starting from AED 10 per treatment.

ACE’s Plant Holiday Home – the fine print
Before your plants start their stay, ACE performs a thorough inspection of all plants at check-in. This is to ensure that only healthy plants are brought into the Plant Holiday Home, so all plants flourish and remain happy.
To ensure there’s plenty of room for all customers’ plants at ACE’s Plant Holiday Home, each customer can check-in a maximum of 15 plants.
A few plants are too fragile and will not be accepted such as basil, bonsai, chilli, chrysanthemum, coriander, eggplant, indoor roses, parsley, paulownia, petunia, potato, and tomato.
