For those looking to rent a villa, Dubai Silicon Oasis offers the most affordable villa options with two bedrooms available for AED 84,000, while three bedroom and four-bedroom villas in this community at AED 160,000 and AED 165,000 respectively. This high-tech community has implemented a number of sustainable initiatives, including the conversion of traditional lamps to LED, the fitting of motion sensors to trigger street and building lights as well as the installation of automatic temperature regulators.

Dubai Sustainable City, the first net-zero energy development in Dubai, offers unique villa options with three-bedroom villas rental at AED 190,000 on average, while four-bedroom villas are AED 210,000 annually. This community has established waste water recycling, with segregated drainage for greywater and blackwater, and also offers its own biking and jogging trails to residents.

Dubai South District is also the most affordable community for buyers looking for a sustainable living, with the average two-bedroom apartment at AED 910,000 and the average three-bedroom apartment at AED 1,600,000.

There are plenty of villa options available for buyers in Dubai South, with two-bedroom villas at an average of AED 910,000, followed by three bedrooms at AED 1,500,000 and four bedrooms AED 2,000,000. This urban district will be the venue for Expo 2020 with sustainability being one of its main goals, presenting an exciting opportunity for property seekers to invest in this community.

Dubai Silicon Oasis also offers options for buyers, with two-bedroom apartments at an average of AED 915,000 and three-bedroom apartments at AED 1,250,000. For those looking to invest in a larger property, three-bedroom villas average at AED 2,900,000 while four and five-bedroom properties are AED 3,300,000 and AED 3,800,000 respectively.

Dubai Sustainable City offers property-seekers the chance to buy a three-bedroom villa for AED 3,000,000, while four-bedroom villas are averaging AED 3,350,000. This community also boasts 11 natural ‘biodome’ greenhouses, organic farm and individual garden farms for local food production.
