Leading local and international companies are set to showcase their latest technological solutions and innovations in the field of solar energy during their participation in the 4th Dubai Solar Show organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), in conjunction with the 21st Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2019). DEWA is organising WETEX under the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of DEWA, from 21-23 October 2019 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Both exhibitions will be held under the umbrella of the sixth Green Week.

The Dubai Solar Show provides an integrated platform for companies and organisations operating in the field of solar energy to showcase their innovative products, services and technologies to address the increasing demand in this growing sector. This will help address current and future challenges such as energy cost reduction and will promote smart lighting technologies and research and development efforts that support the growth of the solar power sector.

Al Tayer invited all interested parties and members of the community to visit the exhibition and learn about the latest solar photovoltaic (PV) technologies that support the transition from energy consumers to producers, while maintaining the right balance between development and environment to ensure future generations can have a clean, healthy and safe environment.

Etihad ESCO

During its participation at the Dubai Solar Show, Etihad ESCO will be showcasing its latest projects in solar PV systems, LED bulbs and energy-saving lamps, beside latest technologies in building rehabilitation, energy, water and solar energy conservation.

Ali Al Jassim, CEO of Etihad ESCO, expressed his happiness at his company’s participation in the exhibition once again, saying it was an ideal platform to introduce their latest projects and services in the field of energy, water and environment. This year, Larsen & Toubro will showcase a package of engineering, procurement and construction services for the solar power sector at its stand in the 4th Dubai Solar Show.
