Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), world’s largest district cooling services provider, has urged real estate developers participating at Cityscape Global 2016, one of the largest and most significant real estate events, taking place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 6 to 8 September 2016, to put district cooling on top of their priority list. The company said that district cooling is the ideal chilling solution for real estate developments as it pays off to them and end-users as well as economy and environment as a whole.
Empower’s call comes at a time the company is promoting the benefits of district cooling in conserving environmental resources, supporting green buildings concept, enhancing cost efficiency pertaining to operations and maintenance as well as enhancing quality of chilling services.
