Al Bustan Centre & Residence, the popular hotel-apartment among tourists and businessmen in Dubai, organizes training programs for its staffs to create awareness and promote sustainable environmental approaches. These training programs are intended to support Dubai Sustainable Tourism (DST) initiatives.
Al Bustan Centre & Residence believes in educating its associates on eco-friendly practices through its on-going series of training programs focused on energy & water usage and savings in hotels. Aimed to enable them to incorporate the best practices observed in hospitality industry, this also encourages responsible staff participation so that they can educate and encourage the guests to be aware of these sustainable practices.
During the training, sustainable tourism was clearly defined and how each and every one can take responsibility. Green initiatives, upholding the authentic heritage of the region and knowledge in supply chain sustainability were discussed to better identify critical risks to improve long-term profitability.
Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer of Al Bustan Centre and Residence said, “We believe that sustainable practices are based on a robust framework. Through our sustainability training programs, we aim to create awareness among our team through continuous engagement.
